Include:
- what you were trying to do;
- the screen and item involved;
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- whether you used web, iOS, or Android;
- the approximate date and time of the problem;
- the exact error message, if one appeared.
Do not send your password, Google credentials, full payment card details, or other secrets.
