A note keeps something you want to remember, such as an idea, fingering advice, lesson feedback, or a reflection on your practice. You can create a note in Notes or add one to a music item, focus area, or practice session.
Create a note
- Open Notes and choose + on mobile or Add note on desktop.
- Write your note. You can add a title, an instrument, and labels to help you find it later.
- Select Create note.
Add a note to music or a session
Open a music item, focus area, or practice session and add a note from its Notes section. The note stays with the music or session it describes and also appears in Notes.
You can also write a note under Anything you want to remember? when recording a practice session.
Find, edit, or delete a note
Search Notes by words you remember, or narrow the list by instrument, item, or label.
Open a note and choose Edit note from its actions. Make your changes and select Save changes.
To remove it, choose Delete note and confirm. Deletion is permanent; the music item or practice session remains.
